THE PROGRAM

You’ve had the idea long enough.

You’ve had the idea long enough.

Sharpen the Idea

Turn your idea into one testable hypothesis.

Decode the Customer

Learn how to surface the pain points people can't articulate.

Go or Pivot

Arrive at a hypothesis your customers have validated.

Make the First Sale

Package what you learned into an offer someone pays for.

Ready to Launch

Every piece is in place. Now you have a business, not just an idea.

THE PROBLEM

You’ve done the research. Watched the videos. Read the books. Saved the bookmarks.

Maybe filled a Notion board with frameworks you’ve never applied.

And somehow, you’re further from starting than when you began. Every new piece of content adds

a new framework. A new approach. A new thing to consider. The knowledge grows. The clarity doesn’t.

Meanwhile, the idea stays in your head. Months turn into years. And the only question that actually matters remains unanswered:

Would someone pay for this?

Mohamad Fanous

Founder, Go no Go

The ideas that fail almost never fail because they're bad. They fail because founders get pulled in too many directions at once and give up before they ever arrive at real evidence.

I've seen this pattern hundreds of times. Over the past decade, I've built and led accelerator and incubation programmes at AUB, Sheraa, Brinc, Berytech, Misk, and Seedstars. I've mentored over 300 founders — some of whom went on to raise millions in capital and appear on Shark Tank. I also founded PickiPie, a social commerce startup in the food space, and joined Antler's residency in Amsterdam as an EIR — both of which gave me a founder's-eye view of everything I was preaching.

Before all of that, I spent six years as an operator at Unilever, Mars, and P&G — and led a post-acquisition transformation at Coty in the UAE. I went from managing revenue lines in large organisations to designing and running the programs that help early-stage founders figure out what works.

Go No-Go is that process. I built it to give founders and teams a clear accelerated path from idea to evidence to revenue.
